    Winter Favourites

Now it is coming into winter we all need to get those perfect new wardrobe staples. Something special for a night out or a cosy coat for a day shopping. I have collected my new favourites to let you have a look. If you have any others let me know, I might have missed something!  I can decided whether I like the black or the blue. But I love the style of this dress. Teaming it with an oversized coat or leather jacket. Ankle boots or strappy heels.  I am in love with these boots.       I have never been one for over the top make-up. The picture above is as much as I wear. Above is my going out and dinner make-up. Even in black and white it doesn’t show any less than in colour. I have a standard make-up bag that rarely changes. The odd item now and then. Clinique BB Cream. Clinique Airbrush Concealer. Dior Compact Powder. Benefit Sun Beam Highlighter. Clinique Bronzer. Benefit Eye Shadows. Benefit They’re Real Mascara. Vaseline Lip Balm. And an eye brow pencil – I can’t remember who by. I have always stuck to Clinique basics. Recently I changed to a Dior foundation but I always stick…

    Dinner with Mummy

Just a quick post. Went for drinks and dinner with my mum tonight at Le Monde. Have to say I did a very bad at remembering to take pictures before i started – I was starving and it was really good, but I got pictures. Just half the food has already been eaten.  xox Cocktails to start. Yum. Okay I was very late in taking this picture. Was so hungry. Macaroni Cheese for main. Was so good. My mum had the same thing.

    The Bon Vivant Stockbridge

Today I was back with Annie. Double trouble. We went to grab some lunch while catching up on all the girlie chat before Annie heads back up to St. Andrews and I leave for Italy. We decided to go to Annie’s favourite place right now – The Bon Vivant Stockbridge. There is two Bon Vivant in Edinburgh, one on Thistle Street in the City Centre and this one in Stockbridge. I have been to the Thistle Street restaurant so was excited to see this one. It was much brighter than the other. But still had all the details I loved about the other, candles in bottles and empty bottles laying…

    Tuck in at TukTuk

For the second time in the last week I have been to a restaurant that I have been wanting to try for a long time. I am a huge fan of indian food and good indian food that is fast, small portions and simple is right up my street. TukTuk in Edinburgh City Centre has a great location, fab interior, tasty food and not to mention they chose my favourite colour as theirs – Orange!! I can never choose what to have in a restaurant but TukTuk have it sorted. They provide tapas styles indian street food. There is a chose of 25 dishes from Papri Chaat – Crunchy wheat…
